Refund Policy

Before work begins

A professional-fee refund may be available when a cancellation is accepted before document review or application work has started.

After work begins

Professional fees for completed review, drafting or filing work are generally non-refundable. Government fees already paid to an authority cannot ordinarily be recovered.

Failed or duplicate payments

Verified duplicate captures and payments that fail without a corresponding service order will be reconciled and refunded to the original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated promptly, but bank or payment-provider settlement time can vary.
